You’ve tried everything. Nothing sticks.
- You haven’t slept more than two hours in months.
- Rocking, feeding, replacing the pacifier — then doing it again.

I can’t recommend Rested Little enough! Paola was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. Get started — $450 Book a Free Discovery CallWe decide together. Before you spend a dollar.
The discovery call is free, it’s 15 minutes, and there’s no pitch in it. I’ll tell you what I think is going on and which plan I’d pick for your baby — or that you don’t need me at all. I’d rather say that on a free call than take money from a family I can’t help.

This is for you if
- Your baby is 3–36 months and nights are hard
- You want a plan, not a parenting debate
- You can hold a routine for two weeks
This isn’t for you if
- You want one schedule that works for every baby
- Your child has an untreated medical condition
- You can’t stay consistent for two weeks
Three days. That’s the whole timeline.
Day 1 — Our call.
I ask about your baby, your home, and how you want to parent.
Day 2 — Your written plan lands in your inbox.
Day 3 — Your first night on it.
The moment you check out: a confirmation email with your intake form and a link to pick your call time. Most families are on my calendar within 48 hours.
Questions I get every week
Are you going to make me let my baby cry it out?
No. I don’t use extinction and I’ll never ask you to leave your baby alone crying. You stay in the room. You respond. We change what happens before the tears, not after.
Does this work if I breastfeed or co-sleep?
Yes. I build the plan around how you feed and where your baby sleeps, not against it. Night feeds stay until you decide otherwise. Bedsharing families get a bedsharing plan.
What if my baby is in daycare?
Very common. Daycare naps are short and out of your hands, so we build around what you control: the evening, bedtime, and weekends. It still works.
What if it doesn’t work?
Most families see something by night three. If day 14 arrives and you want to keep going, you can extend for $150 a week. But that’s not where we start — we start on a free call, where I tell you honestly whether I think I can help your baby before you pay me anything.
Why pay when there’s free advice everywhere?
Free advice is written for an average baby. Yours isn’t average. I’ve worked with newborns through 11-year-olds in real homes, including four sets of multiples. Your plan is built for your baby only.

The classroom and the living room.
I’m Pao. I taught Pre-K through third grade for seven years, then spent seven more inside families’ homes as a nanny — newborns to eleven-year-olds, four sets of multiples. Now I’m a certified sleep consultant.
